The individual and their circle help identify relatives, friends, neighbors, and community members who may be a strong fit for a Direct Support Professional role.
MyCircle evaluates & qualifies candidates
Candidates complete the applicable application, screening, background clearance, reference, training, and employment process to become Direct Support Professionals.
Together we create a plan
Your team of support creates a plan that meets your approved goals, schedule, service authorization, and applicable program requirements.
MyCircle supports your team
We actively participate in making sure your plan is executed well. We provide coordination, supervision, documentation tools, and ongoing training and support for DSPs.
Identifying someone does not guarantee employment or payment. Every Direct Support Professional must satisfy applicable requirements, and all paid services must be properly authorized.

Support for DSPs
MyCircle simplifies the process for your trusted people to become your professional caregivers. The required paperwork can be a deterrent for many otherwise willing and capable people, so that’s where MyCircle comes in. MyCircle brings the digital tools, guides, and training to take that stress out of the job and let them focus on the part they enjoy: providing care. This includes supportive employment, job training, and help with compliance so your benefits are protected.
MyCircle does not employ IHSS workers — IHSS employment follows a separate structure. Where applicable, MyCircle can assist with recruiting, training, and coordination.
