What the work actually looks like.

- Documentation and coordination with the broader support team
You're joining a circle, not working alone.
As a support professional, you'll collaborate with the individual you support, their family and trusted supporters, your MyCircle supervisor, the Service Coordinator, and other members of the support circle. All communication and information sharing follows the individual's consent, privacy rights, and MyCircle policy — you won't be expected or permitted to share information freely with everyone involved.
Service territory.
MyCircle hires Direct Support Professionals across Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo Counties. Roles are typically based near where you live, supporting individuals in their own homes and communities.
Availability & scheduling.
Schedules are matched to each individual's authorized hours and can include daytime, evening, or weekend availability depending on the role. Specific shift details are shared once a role and match are identified.
Wages and benefits.
Competitive pay based on experience, role, and county, with benefits available to eligible employees. Specific figures are shared during the application process.
